Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using ZagZero (the "Service"), operated by Grayscale Digital LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

ZagZero provides AI-assisted tools to help job candidates manage their job search, including organizing recruiter correspondence, researching companies, scheduling interviews, and analyzing offers. The Service does not guarantee any employment outcome, offer, or placement.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to promptly update it as needed.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose;
• (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems;
• (c) use the Service to send unsolicited communications or abuse the virtual inbound address feature;
• (d) reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Service; or
• (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

6. Third-Party Accounts and Content

The Service may allow you to connect third-party accounts (such as Google) or forward third-party content (such as recruiter emails) to us. You represent that you have the right to share any content you submit, and you are solely responsible for that content.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding content you submit), is owned by ZagZero and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION GENERATED BY THE SERVICE (INCLUDING AI-GENERATED CONTENT) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND VERIFYING ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT (INCLUDING DRAFT EMAILS) BEFORE ACTING ON IT.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ZAGZERO AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZagZero and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
